Free Sewing Pattern - The Bluebell Bubble Dress

Hi sewing friends, sorry it’s been a while since you heard from me! I’m just going to say it - I find it hard to stick to things! It does make me feel guilty but I’m trying to accept that it’s just how I am. Anyway, hopefully you don’t mind me making an appearance just to let you know that I have created a free sewing pattern. I LOVE that the bubble hem seems to be back in again because it is SO cute and whimsical. I’ve worked out a pattern that only requires rectangles drafted to your measurements which I explain.
